February Half-Term Activity Camp

here. We are introducing freshly prepared lunches for the children, which are nutritious and tasty. All children will get a mid-morning snack and juice followed by a hot lunch, dessert and juice at lunchtime. All food is prepared by our Director of Catering Mark Ryan. Mark prepares all the food for the school children each day.

We run sports camps for 15 weeks of every year, during each mid-term break and all school holidays. The successful applicant will have camp experience and be confident and energetic. Please

Brand New - Castle Park Fitness Academy:
We are now launching fitness classes operating out of our multi purpose sports hall. Classes are on a pay as you go basis, €6.50 per class. Starting on Monday the 16th January - no need to book! All classes are at 7pm - 8pm.
Monday - Mega Mix this class is instructors choice, and offers both cardio & toning work, promises to be a tough workout
Tuesday - Fitball, use the swiss ball to challenge your core and tone all over, will target bums, legs & tums!
Wednesday - Kettlebells, the kettlebell is a multi functional toning aid and promises to challenge your every muscle!
Thursday - Tai Bo (Fit Box) - This class is designed to work all areas of the body and will be a cardio class as well as toning the upper body
Friday - Bums & Tums - This class has been developed to work specifically on those stubborn areas!
